A/D Garage

Our audio tech workshop where you can pull things apart and put them back together again.
No question is wrong, play is a must and accessible upskilling to support music creation is the legacy.

We launched with a 10 month live sound engineering course for black and brown women and marginalised genders in the Midlands to enhance the skills and employability of this talent within audio technology. The course provided a theoretical introduction to live sound, as well as training on how to work within a music venue setting was critical to the professional development of the young talent, who can often be excluded from this learning due to the stark underrepresentation in this field. All talent involved was provided paid work experience at reputable venues, industry mentorship and a development bursary to support further training and growth.

We’ll continue experimenting with a/d garage, stay locked for updates!
